Booking Policies

Whistler Premier Cancellation & Deposit Policies

To avoid any misunderstanding, please take a moment to note our policies

Winter Season:

November 23 - December 22, 2007 / January 2 - April 29, 2008

  • At time of reservation, a non-refundable booking deposit equivalent to one night room and tax is processed
  • Full payment is charged 30 days prior to arrival or at the booking date if less than 30 days prior to arrival
  • Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit full payment
  • Once full payment has been taken, no refunds are given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during stay
  • No shows are processed as a cancellation and hotel will retain the full payment.

Christmas Season:

Decmeber 23, 2007 to January 1, 2008

  • At time of reservation, a non-refundable booking deposit equivalent to one night room and tax is processed,
  • Full payment is charged on October 1, 2007
  • Cancellations prior to October 1, 2007 will forfeit the booking deposit
  • Once full payment has been taken, no refunds are given if all or any part of reservation is cancelled, either before arrival date or during stay
  • No shows are processed as a cancellation and hotel will retain the full payment

Summer Season:

May 1, 2007 to November 22, 2007

  • At time of reservation, a non-refundable booking deposit equivalent to one night room and tax is processed
  • Full payment is charged 14 days prior to arrival or at time of reservation if the booking date is less than 14 days prior to arrival
  • All cancellations prior to 4:00 pm/16h00, the day of arrival, will be subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee
  • All cancellations after 4:00 pm/16h00, the day of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • No shows are regarded as a cancellation inside of the 24 hours prior to arrival are are considered non-refundable and non-transferable

General Policies

  • Payments will be automatically applied to your credit card according to the deposit and cancellation policy.
  • Check out is at 10:00 am/10h00, please. Keys must be returned to the front desk by 10am or a minimum fee of $250 will apply.
  • Please ensure that prior to check out, you leave your suite in a reasonably clean state. Please wash pots, pans, and dishes (or run dishwasher). Housekeeping will empty the dishwasher and do full clean on the rest of the suite. If suite is left in an unreasonable condition you will be charged for extra cleaning.
  • At check in a credit card imprint is required for a security deposit (or $500 cash). The imprint will be destroyed within 2 weeks of your departure providing there is no damage, items missing, or excess cleaning charges.
  • In an effort to provide a pleasant vacation for all visitors there is a nightly noise bylaw in effect beginning at 10:00 pm/22h00. If the disturbance continues after that in one of our guest rooms security will attend and a minimum $100 fee will apply. Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any client.
  • A reservation is for a specified number of guests. Should the number of people in your party change please advise us. Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any client.
  • All units are non smoking and unfortunately do not accept pets. A minimum fee of $250 will apply.
  • Each condo has one parking stall, in some buildings a fee may apply. Whistler no longer has free overnight parking anywhere in the village. Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations has limited additional parking which can be purchased at the check in center for $15/night. Subject to availability.
  • Whistler Premier Resort Accommodations acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. We reserve the right to transfer clients to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion.
  • At least one member of the party, staying in the room, must be 25 years or older, this guest takes full responsibility for the room and it is this guests' credit card that a security deposit will be taken on.
  • Whistler Premier Resort Accommodation insists that you enjoy each day of your holiday and let us now if there is anything we can do for you.
