### Should I book Directly with Horstman House?

Yes, HorstmanHouse.com is the official website for the Horstman House Hotel in Whistler, BC. By booking directly with us we can ensure you the lowest rate possible and provide you with the best customer service.

### What is Check-in / check-out time?

Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.

### Do you allow Early check-in / late check-out?

### Will we be charged in Canadian dollars?

Yes, all rates displayed on our site and all transactions will be in Canadian dollars (CAD).

### Are pets allowed?

I’m sorry we do not allow pets.

### Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. No smoking is allowed in any of our rooms.

### Do you have high-speed wireless Internet access available?

Complementary wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

### Do you have a fitness center? What are the hours?

Yes, we have an on-site fitness center open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.

### Do you have a pool? What are the hours?

Yes, we have a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. We also have a common area gas grill in the pool area available to our guests.

### How do I check-in to the hotel?

### Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking?

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site garage parking.

### What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

You must be 19 years of age with a valid ID to check in to the hotel.
