Deposit in the amount of the total stay will be processed 7 days prior to arrival for standard season and 30 days prior to arrival for peak season.
Full payment of any activities (ski lift tickets, golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION, CHANGE OR NO-SHOW
**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events.
Standard season (May 1,2021 - December 18,2021; January 3,2022- February 17,2022; February 27 - April 30, 2022)
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive the amount paid minus a 10% administrative fee. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.
Peak Season (December 19, 2021 - January 2, 2022; February 18, 2022- February 26, 2022)
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will receive the amount paid minus a 10% administrative fee. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.
If due to a ski resort closure (winter only), province/state travel ban or border closure affecting your reserved travel dates we will provide a 1-year monetary credit (from the time of your original departure date) good for a future stay in any of our properties. Guest will need to call Whistler Premier directly at 1-888-621-1177 to redeem credit and schedule a new reservation. New reservations will be subject to availability, nightly rate and minimum length of stay requirements. Please note no credit extensions or refunds of unused credit will be issued.
Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Maximum of one credit card per reservation accepted. If the credit card holder is a different person from the reservation holder, a credit card authorization form must be remitted in order to process the reservation. Third party reservations will not be accepted without a copy of the authorization form on file.
Damage Waivers/Security Deposit: At check-in, a pre-authorization is required as a security deposit. The pre-authorization amount varies by property. This amount is $1000 for Montebello, Northern Lights and Woodrun and $500 for all other properties. The funds will be released 5-7 days after your departure, provided there are no damages, items missing, or extra cleaning required. If a suite is left in unreasonable condition, the card holder will be charged for extra cleaning. The credit card used for the pre-authorization must belong to the person occupying the unit.
Minimum Age Requirements: Guests must be a minimum age of 25 years in order to make a reservation and must occupy the unit for the entire duration of the stay. The Majority of Guests in any given party must be a minimum of 25 years old. Clients will be asked to provide identification when checking in to ensure that they meet the age requirement. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, and the eviction of the entire party.
Extra person charges: Extra adults over the base occupancy per unit will be charged $25 per adult per night. Children 18 and under are free, while using existing beds.
Parking charges: 3rd party underground parking is available at Le Chamois for $25 per night, Lost Lake Lodge for $25 per night, Town Plaza for $15 per night, the Aspens for $17 per night and the Marquise for $16 per night. These charges are subject to 5% GST. Parking passes must be purchased at the time of arrival at the property, by using the parking pass dispensers provided. Whistler Premier Resorts does not own or manage the underground parking at any of its properties. The parking at these properties is privately managed and patrolled. Guests are strongly advised to obtain their parking pass first and to not leave their vehicle unattended prior to obtaining parking pass. Parking violations are vigorously enforced by ticketing and towing. Please ensure your vehicle is parked properly with a valid ticket on your dash. Whistler Premier Resorts is not responsible for any towing charges incurred for vehicles improperly parked or those lacking a valid parking ticket. Please note that we do not offer over height parking.
Pet/Smoking Policy: Sorry, NO PETS and NO SMOKING in any of our accommodations. A minimum fee of $250 will apply should this policy be violated.
Bike Storage: Please note, that bikes are not permitted in guest rooms, under any circumstances (with the exception of Forest Trails, Montebello & Northern Lights, which have their own private garage). A $250 fine will be issued, should this policy be violated. Please bring your own lock. We suggest that the quality of the bike lock, should be comparable to the value of your bike. Whistler Premier Resorts is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged bikes.
Each unit is privately owned and subject to availability. Should the reserved unit no longer be available for rental, Whistler Premier Resorts reserves the right to relocate the guests to another unit of equivalent or superior quality. Specific bedding requests and views etc. are on a request basis and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guest requests.
*Please note, that each Whistler Premier unit is self-contained. Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher & laundry detergent) for the first night or two of a guest’s stay, will be supplied. Additional supplies may be purchased at the front desk, or at one of the stores in Whistler Village.
