We’d like to clarify that air conditioning is not advertised as an amenity in this unit, and housekeeping is not provided as a daily service. We do, however, have an on-site team at Le Chamois who can assist guests with questions or concerns, and the Horstman House front desk is available on weekends. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the property and parking.
